An edition of three short stories by Nicholas Monsarrat, Valdemar Boldkhid and William Nolan. The title, Judicial murder, does not correspond exactly with any of the English-language titles in Monsarrat's oeuvre; however the occasional word such as 'skipper' suggests that this is a maritime story and the names of the characters match those in The ship that died of shame. It occupies pp. 3-45 of the book; the two other stories are quite short. 64 pp. Spine reinforced with transparent tape; cover creased, remains of label inside front cover; faint ink stamps on first and last pages.
