Slight edge wear to jacket, price clipped, bottom edge of front cover bumped, otherwise near fine. Once the largest church in the world this is possibly still the most interesting English cathedral, not least for its turlough in the crypt. With decorative carvings ranging from the sublime (quire stalls) to the ridiculous (a memorial to the diver who repaired the foundations) the building has much to offer its visitors.
